Hi everyone, I am new to this, but suggested this book for the month of April. Ruth asked me to be in charge, so here goes...
The book is called, "The Colony" by John Tayman. It is a true account of the exiles on the island of Molokai in the Hawaiian Islands. It is about the lepers who were sent there without any say as to their future. I hope everyone enjoys it. I personally LOVE anything about the Hawaiian culture and it's history. So, I know this story will touch your hearts and souls. It won't be luau's and mumu's, but maybe it will give us each a glimpse of how blessed we each are. Enjoy!
